Please list all food and/or merchandise you will be selling at this event. Please include all beverage items. Remember NO alcohol beverages, glass bottle drinks (can be poured in a glass for sale), or water can be sold.

Select your Vendor Space and Fee Structure. Once accepted as a vendor, you will be sent an invoice for payment.

I acknowledge that the vendor application fee is nonrefundable.

I understand that all vendors are required to pay a refundable clean up deposit of $100. This amount will be included in your final invoice.(Deposit will be refunded within 90 days after the Carnival).

I understand that my vendor applicaton is subject to review and approval by the vendor coodinator. Once you have been accepted, an invoice will be sent with the required amount needed to secure your space. The payment will be due within 24 hours. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

I understand that spots are pre-assigned (randomly and not based on when payment is received). Once you are given your spot that is your location!

I understand that I cannot set up in any spot until I am assigned a space. There is no guarantee that you will be in the same spot as in previous years.

I UNDERSTAND THAT ALL PAYMENTS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT!

Food Vendors - I agree to complete all Temporary Food Establishment (TFE) Vendor Applications online at wakegov.com/PermitPortal and I also agree to pay the $75 permit fee online through their system.

I understand that RDACA, CaribMask Caribbean Carnival, City of Raleigh or any other affiliates of the carnival, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or theft of work display materials, or items for sale or distribution.

I/We agree to abide by the rules, regulations, ordinances and deadlines of the RDACA, CaribMask, and the City of Raleigh. I understand that if I do not abide by these rules, regulations, ordinances and deadlines, my business will not be allowed to vend during CaribMask 2024 Festival.

I agree to attend or send a designated representative to the vendor orientation meeting conducted via Zoom or Conference call platform.

I hereby declare that all information herein provided is true, correct, and complete.
